**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum for grades III to V.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and student participation.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities.
- Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Integrate technology and activity-based learning to enhance language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare regular progress reports for parents.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff development sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary projects and co-curricular activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English or related field; B.Ed. (mandatory for CBSE schools)
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school at the primary level
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Familiarity with child-centric teaching methodologies and CBSE learning outcomes

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in using digital learning tools (e.g., smart boards, Google Classroom)
- Training in phonics or early literacy programs is an added advantage
- Enthusiastic, creative, and committed to continuous professional development

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
