**Qualifications and Experience**:
Looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated under-graduates and
graduate students, BTech/MTech, MCA who have completed their

**degree this year in any of the following domains**: Computer Science &
Engg. (CSE), Computer Science & Information Security (CSIS),
Computer Networking & Engg. (CNE), Software Engg. (SE),
Electronics & Communication (ECE) or any similar branch.
- Programming knowledge in languages like C++, C#, Python, Java etc.

good to have
- Although there will be opportunities to learn on the job, the attitude, interest, and prior

university/college project work in these languages is a must
- Data Structures and Algorithm knowledge is an added advantage
- Although there will be opportunities to learn on the job, good understanding of Software

Development Life Cycle, Testing methodologies is required
- Ability to write quality code, test cases.
- Knowledge of writing test automation scripts is preferable

Roles and Responsibility
As part of the team here at Radiometer IDC, the team members will get to build
- Help build highly resilient and reliable system that can scale massively based

on customer needs.
- Automate the feature/modules as per the Manual protocols / the Automation

Framework architecture and code inspections.

**Essential Behaviors**:

- Highly curious, interested in exploring Investigating software / system problems to isolate the

root cause and provides innovative solutions.
- Develop and Test Software as per the design / the product architecture.
- Code and unit testing of the feature/modules including appropriate design reviews, code

inspections and test.
- Self-starter who is proactive and willing to reach out to various internal staff/organization to get

the information needed
- Make formal presentations and conduct group discussions
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to view challenges as opportunities and be proactive in finding solutions
