Job Title: Field Officer

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Visit clients and customers in various locations to promote products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Report on customer feedback and market trends to management.
- Travel to different locations to meet with clients and customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a field officer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
