**Education**: Diploma / BE

**Experience**: We are looking minimum3 year experience in Machine shop field.

**Salary**: Upto 30000/
- **Skill**:

- Prepare Job specific Quality plan and control plan as per drawing
- sound knowledge in new part development QA activities
- Develops CMM programs using model-based definition and/or blueprints for ZEISS / Hexagon CMM using Calipso / PC-DMIS software
- Works closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineering, and Shop Floor management in new program creation/release and program changes that improve quality and throughput.
- Oversees, develops, and conducts inspections on components and tools using CAD and GD&T information with portable and stationary Coordinate Measuring Machines
- Develops and implements instructions to team members using metrology techniques and equipment
- Ability to create programs for Calipso / PC-DMIS software
- Monitor Supplier quality and quality rating
- Monitor NCR, Corrective & Preventive actions
- Liaison with Customer regarding quality assurance
- **CMM programming** knowledge (PC DMIS software) and all measuring instruments knowledge
- Troubleshooting in Quality problems
- **PPAP** documentation
- 8D Report preparation
- Understanding of basic quality concepts and tools as well as of quality standards such as ISO, AS 9100 or other quality management systems and manufacturing processes and capabilities.
