Oversee maintenance and servicing of Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCVs) such as trucks, transit mixers, concrete pump, Loader and JCB.
- Ensure preventive maintenance planning, periodic servicing, and breakdown analysis to minimize equipment downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure uninterrupted plant and fleet operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for vehicle repairs, maintenance contracts, and spare part sourcing.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with RTO regulations, transport policies, and environmental safety norms.
- Handle insurance renewals, claims, and risk assessment for fleet operations, ensuring mínimal liability and cost optimization.
- Conduct routine inspections and implement corrective measures for improved efficiency and longevity of machinery.
- Supervise the maintenance team and provide necessary training to enhance their technical skills.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
