**Job Title**: Industrial Relations (IR) Executive / Officer
**Location**: Amritsar
**Industry**: Textile / Manufacturing

**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain healthy industrial relations within the organization and ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
- Handle grievances, disputes, and employee issues effectively, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and other IR-related processes.
- Ensure statutory compliance under labor laws (Factories Act, ID Act, Payment of Wages, ESI, PF, etc.).
- Liaise with government authorities, labor departments, and external agencies as required.
- Support management in negotiations with unions and worker representatives.
- Maintain updated records of IR activities, labor law compliance, and employee documentation.
- Conduct regular employee engagement and welfare activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in policy formulation, implementation, and continuous improvement in IR practices.
**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Good negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee issues.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintaining reports.
**Qualification & Experience**
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Welfare, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in IR, preferably in the têxtile / manufacturing sector.
- Exposure to handling union matters will be an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
