**1. Basic CRM & Reporting Support**
- Assist in creating and updating opportunities, notes, and contact details in the CRM.
- Help maintain lead data hygiene under supervision. - Support the preparation of weekly reports based on formats provided (e.g., leads by region, campaign source).

**2. Task & Cross-Team Coordination**
- Help follow up with internal teams (Finance, Purchase, Sales) for basic task updates.
- Maintain and update marketing task trackers in Excel or Google Sheets. - Circulate weekly task summaries to the team in prescribed formats.

**3. Content & Design Team Support**
- Coordinate with content and design team members for timelines and document collection.
- Organize and maintain folders on Google Drive (brochures, logos, approved creatives).
- Assist in uploading basic updates on B2B platforms like IndiaMART or TradeIndia (with guidance).

**4. Event & Vendor Coordination Assistance**
- Maintain lists of upcoming expos, marketing materials required, and vendor contacts.
- Coordinate with print vendors for delivery timelines or sample approvals.
- Help compile photos, leads, and notes after events into templates.

**5. Admin & Project Support**
- Support the documentation of vendor details (contact info, PAN, GST, etc.).
- Attend team meetings, take notes, and circulate Minutes of Meetings.
- Assist the Marketing Head with basic research work (on competitors, platforms, tools).
- Help prepare “Marketing Health Snapshot” documents under guidance.
