responsible for overseeing and executing dishes from the Tandoor section of a kitchen, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. This role involves preparing and cooking various Tandoori dishes, managing a section, and potentially contributing to menu development and training junior staff.
- **Cooking and Preparation**:Prepare and cook Tandoor dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines, maintaining consistent quality and flavor.
- **Section Management**:Oversee the Tandoor section, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- **Quality Control**:Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- **Menu Planning**:Assist in menu planning and development, contributing fresh ideas and culinary trends.
- **Ingredient Management**:Manage and control inventory of Tandoor ingredients, ensuring availability of fresh and quality supplies.
- **Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff, communicating effectively and coordinating menu items.
- **Training and Development**:Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Tandoor cooking techniques and presentation standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
