**Job Title: YouTube Anchor and Content Writer**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation**:

- Develop, script, and present engaging and informative video content for our YouTube channel.
- Create content that aligns with our brand voice, values, and target audience.

2. **Scriptwriting**:

- Craft compelling and concise scripts for YouTube videos, ensuring clarity and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop captivating video concepts.

3. **On-Camera Presence**:

- Act as the on-camera personality for the YouTube channel, maintaining a charismatic and relatable presence.
- Conduct interviews, host discussions, and present information with enthusiasm.

4. **Research and Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and YouTube algorithm changes to optimize content strategy.
- Conduct research to gather relevant information for video topics.

5. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the video production team to ensure high-quality visuals and seamless video editing.
- Collaborate with other team members to align content with overall marketing and branding strategies.

6. **SEO Optimization**:

- Implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility and discoverability of YouTube content.

7. **Content Promotion**:

- Promote videos across various social media platforms to increase reach and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments and feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a YouTube Anchor or similar role.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Strong on-camera presence and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Proficient in video editing tools and software.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for content optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Understanding of YouTube analytics and metrics.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a YouTube Anchor, Content Creator, or similar role is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
