We are looking for a responsible **Interior Site Supervisor** a luxury residential project in North Goa.

**Role**:

- To monitor and supervise the project execution process on site to ensure completion of the job within specified time frames, in an organized and cost-effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards.
- Examine the drawings, assess the material requirements, and approve and submit the material requisition accurately to facilitate purchase of appropriate quantities of materials.
- Examine the project program and based on the schedules mentioned assess the material and manpower requirement for the job.
- Coordinate with the design team and/or sub-contractors on all issues pertaining to the drawings, plans, schedules and problems for quick resolution of all issues. Take quick corrective action where required.
- Conduct quality checks on works carried out to ensure that it meets all specifications.
- Supervise the site regularly; attend to all technical and engineering problems, additional manpower requirements, drawing changes, etc. in an effective and timely manner thereby achieving the construction requirements and quality standards.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc.

**Skills required**:

- Must have knowledge of all site activities, i.e., Civil, Interior finishing, Electrical, painting, plumbing, tiling, and carpentry tasks.
- Knowledge in software like AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop
- Ability to read all the site drawings.
- 7-8 years of Interior Fit Out Experience and handling Interior projects independently
- Site supervision for quality of work.
- Communication skills English - Both verbal and written skills.
- Ability to prepare site progress reports regularly.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
