**Role Overview**:
A Digital Marketer is a skilled professional responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote a company's products or services and enhance its digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Digital Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

**2. Online Campaign Management**:

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

**3. Content Creation and Management**:

- Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
- Coordinate content creation, distribution, and promotion to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

**4. Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow the company's social media profiles.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.

**5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices and implement changes accordingly.

**7. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations.

**8. Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design.
- Work closely with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of online marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
