Key Responsibilities:
1. **Order Management**:

- Coordinate and monitor all stages of production, from sample approval to bulk manufacturing and shipping.
- Review and understand client orders, ensuring that all specifications are met during production.

2. **Supplier and Vendor Coordination**:

- Work with suppliers to source raw materials, fabrics, and trims, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best terms and pricing for materials.

3. **Production Tracking**:

- Maintain a detailed production schedule and follow up with factories to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Address any delays or production issues promptly and find solutions to keep the process on track.

4. **Quality Assurance**:

- Coordinate with the quality control team to monitor the production quality at different stages and ensure products meet the specified standards.
- Arrange for pre-production and in-line inspections, and participate in final quality checks if needed.

5. **Sample Management**:

- Oversee the development of pre-production and production samples, ensuring they align with client expectations.
- Gather and analyze feedback on samples and implement necessary changes in production.

6. **Client Communication**:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding production updates and any changes or issues that arise.
- Provide regular updates to clients on production status and potential adjustments.

7. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive records of purchase orders, production logs, quality control reports, and client communications.
- Prepare and present reports to management regarding production status and potential bottlenecks.

8. **Cost Management**:

- Assist in developing and monitoring production budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within budget without compromising quality.
- Work on reducing production costs through process improvements and better supplier negotiations.

- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple production orders simultaneously.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring accurate specifications and quality adherence throughout production.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quickly identifying and addressing production challenges.
- **Communication**: Strong skills in written and verbal communication for coordinating with various stakeholders.
- **Negotiation**: Ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and production methods.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze production data, track progress, and report on metrics.

Qualifications and Experience:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in production merchandising or a related role in the garment industry.
- **Software Skills**: Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, ERP systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
