**JOB TITLE**:
Cinema Security Officer

**DEPARTMENT**

Security

**REPORTS TO**:
AM SECURITY/CINEMA MANAGER

**JOB PURPOSE**:
To head the cinema Security operations as a revenue centre head for ensuring & meeting the customer satisfaction scores and revenue targets through efficient operations centred on the standard operating procedures and fair people management practices

**SCOPE**:
Direct reportees: ASO/ AM security/ Security supervisor

Indirect reportees: Security guards

External agencies: Security guard and equipment Vendors

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Should handle Internal audit score (Average of Fire audit and Internal audit security points.)
- Responsible for Reporting of security and safety equipment defects timely.
- Responsible for Correct bill submission on time every month.
- Responsible for Training & Grooming done as per the manual (soft skill/fire drill, fire training, evacuation, emergency response).
- Should be responsible for reporting of incidents if any.
- Should handle legal compliances and documentations at site.
- Should handle other tasks /duties/responsibilities assigned by reporting manager.

**SPECIFICATIONS**:
Qualification:

- **Educational**: Graduation /Post Graduate.
- **Professional**: Certificate course or diploma in hospitality/Hotel Management and Diploma in Fire and safety.

Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role in a reputed organisation.

Salary Range**: INR 2-2.8 LPA
