Urgent opening for **Factory Supervisor.**

**Location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune.**
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Check production output according to specifications.
- Look after Factory, Machinery & Equipment maintenance.
- Submit reports on performance and progress.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Train new workers on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
- To take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced in line with the companies.
- Quality systems, processes and procedures.
- Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff.
- Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance, general issues.
- To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the working shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the companies Health and Safety policy.
- Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all factory members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand.

**Skills Required**:

- Good written and verbal communication.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in factory supervision and dispatch operations.
- Must have experience in time management, quick decision making, general math and logic based skills.
- Deadline oriented and dedicated team player.

**Education Qualification**:Diploma or graduate.

**Relevant Experience**:2 to 4 years.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Factory Supervisor: 3 years (preferred)
- Production planning: 3 years (preferred)
