**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Penetration & Growth**
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies tailored for the European B2B used device market.
- Identify and target wholesalers, retailers, online resellers, and marketplaces across Europe.
- Proactively research market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity.
**Direct Sales &Lead Generation**
- Source new leads and close deals independently—no waiting for leads to come to you.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from outreach and negotiation to closing and repeat orders.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets—consistently.
**Customer Relationship Management**
- Build long-term partnerships with key buyers and partners.
- Provide expert advice and solutions based on device grading, pricing, and inventory needs.
- Follow up rigorously to ensure a smooth buying experience.
**Reporting & Accountability**
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales tools.
- Prepare pipeline forecasts and weekly sales performance updates.
- Track KPIs and adapt strategy based on results.
- **Independent & Self-Motivated**: Able to work without constant supervision, taking full ownership of sales targets and pipelines.
- **Sales-Oriented Mindset**: Demonstrated passion for sales with a proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding B2B targets.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the European used mobile phone market is highly preferred. Alternatively, strong B2B sales experience with the ability to quickly learn industry specifics.
- **Proven Closer**: Not just a conversationalist—you're someone who knows how to drive a deal from lead to signed contract.
- **Adaptable & Resourceful**: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where thinking on your feet and creative problem-solving are crucial.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Capable of building rapport with clients, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions effectively.
**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- **Minimum 2 years of hardcore B2B sales experience**, preferably in electronics, FMCG, telecom, or device trading.
- Experience selling in European markets is required. Experience in used/refurbished mobile sales is a huge plus.
**Skill & Mindset**
- Fluent in English; additional European language(s) a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation, cold-calling, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and obsessed with results.
