KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategize Course Plan: Develop a strategic plan for the entire course, outlining the sequence of topics, duration of each module, and learning objectives. Plan the course structure considering the level of complexity, progression of skills, and integration of front-end and back-end concepts.
- Deliver Training: Plan and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Full Stack development, covering both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and curriculum to ensure they are current with industry standards and trends. Ensure that the curriculum is comprehensive, covering essential FullStack technologies, best practices, and emerging tools.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to achieve their best.
- Assessment: Evaluate student progress through various assessment methods, including quizzes, coding assignments, and project reviews. Provide detailed and constructive feedback on student work, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
- Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge. Share new knowledge and insights with the training team and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Collaboration: Work closely with relevant departments, including curriculum development, student support, and career services, to ensure a seamless and high quality learning experience for all students.
- Report: Prepare and submit regular reports on student progress, training outcomes, and areas for improvement. Use data and insights to refine training approaches and enhance the overall effectiveness of the course.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in software testing, including experience with various testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in software testing methodologies such as Agile Testing, DevOps Testing, and Continuous Testing.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, JMeter, and Postman.
- Knowledge of test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or Zephyr.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing processes.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and foster a positive learning environment.
- Patience and dedication to student success.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vijayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
