**Role Overview**:
Assistant Doctor will be responsible for performing and supervising advanced skin and hair treatments, guiding the clinical team, and ensuring medical protocols and ethical standards are consistently upheld. This role focuses on treatment execution, supervision, and quality control rather than day-to-day client consultations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform and oversee advanced aesthetic and dermatology procedures (e.g., laser treatments, injectables, rejuvenation therapies).
- Supervise and train therapists to ensure accuracy, safety, and optimal treatment outcomes.
- Review and approve treatment plans prepared by the clinical team.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
- Participate in periodic case reviews, team trainings, and treatment improvement discussions.

**Requirements**:

- 1-5 years of dermatology or aesthetic medicine experience preferred.
- Expertise in advanced skin and hair procedures.
- Strong communication skills with an ethical, patient-first mindset.
