**Job Title**: Video Editor - Long & Short-Form Content

We specialize in both short-form (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, podcasts) content. As we expand, we’re looking for a **creative and skilled Video Editor** to join our team and contribute to compelling storytelling and brand development.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Edit both long-form and short-form content** (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Podcasts, etc.).
**Develop visual branding** for each client, ensuring consistency in tone, colors, and overall aesthetics.
**Create storyboards** for video projects to outline key sequences and flow.
**Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects** to enhance video quality with transitions, motion graphics, and effects.
**Stay ahead of AI video creation trends** and integrate AI tools into video editing when applicable.
**Work closely with the Social Media Manager and other editors** to ensure a cohesive content strategy.
**Understand different platform requirements** and optimize video formats accordingly.
**Deliver high-quality, engaging edits** that drive audience engagement and retention.
