**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and acquire customers for **Personal Loan, Used Car Loan, LAP, and Solar Loan**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business
- Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan processing
- Keep accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1-2 years of experience** in sales (Loans/NBFC/Banking preferred)
- Good communication, convincing, and closing skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Willingness for field work if required

**Salary**: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000
