**What role you will play in our team**:
The Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of Joint Interest Accounting Analysts, ensuring the administration and compliance of Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) Accounting provisions, and overseeing the timely and accurate recording of advance billings. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**What you will do**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor team of Joint Interest Accounting Analysts
- Ensure compliance with JOA Accounting provisions for ExxonMobil operated producing fields
- Oversee the recording of advance billings (Cash Calls / Operating advances) to working interest partners.
- Perform variance analysis on JV billings and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage monthly FI entries and recurring entries for manual overhead and payroll burden adjustments.
- Review and issue joint venture carried interest reports and calculate payouts.
- Facilitate working interest ownership changes and respond to owner inquiries.
- Coordinate responses to JV audit inquiries and facilitate property sales package requests.
- Participate in SAP Regression Testing and monitor Net Profit accounts.
- Provide well count data for General Liability Insurance and execute billable revenue analysis.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve joint interest accounting processes and team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to address JV related information requests and issues
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between Coordination Lead, Analysts, and other team members.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of direct reports and provide guidance and support as needed.

**About You**:
**Required Skills and qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or relevant certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance and in leadership roles, preferably within the oil and gas industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams
- Demonstrated ability to utilize digital tools and technologies in accounting and finance contexts
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools
- Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Resilience, flexibility and agility
- Proficiency in English
