**We are looking for SP3D Design Engineer to work at our client location in Mumbai**

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize Smart Plant 3D (SP3D) software for equipment and piping modeling.
- Execute detailed equipment modeling including heat exchangers, columns, tanks, and pumps.
- Develop comprehensive piping layouts and isometric drawings.
- Manage drawing creation and documentation using SP3D tools.
- Ensure compliance with ASME codes, ASTM materials standards, and project-specific requirements.
- Design piping supports, pipe rack systems, and flare piping layouts.
- Collaborate on the development of plot plans and equipment arrangements.
- Generate material take-offs (MTO) from P&IDs and verify against project requirements.
- Calculate pipe thickness, header sizes, and perform nozzle orientation calculations.
- Conduct 3D modeling tasks using SP3D for accurate representation of plant components.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design inputs and resolve design conflicts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in SP3D modeling and piping design.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, and specifications.
- Strong understanding of ASME codes, ASTM materials standards, and piping design principles.
- Experience with equipment layout development and plot plan design.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with E3D or similar 3D modeling software is a plus.

Working days - Mon-Fri

Time - 9am to 6:30pm

Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
