**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a Procurement **QC Executive** to assist in the inspection and verification of raw materials, finished jewellery pieces, and procurement operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that the materials received from vendors and suppliers meet Challani’s quality standards before they move to production or sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Inspect and verify the quality of incoming jewellery items, raw materials (e.g., gold, silver, gemstones), and components.

Cross-check vendor items against purchase orders, specifications, and quality standards.

Maintain proper documentation of all quality checks and procurement records.

Communicate with suppliers regarding material quality, rejections, or discrepancies.

Coordinate with the internal purchase and production teams to streamline material flow.

Ensure adherence to quality and purity standards as per BIS/Challani guidelines.

Support internal audits and stock reconciliation processes as required.

**Requirements**:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Any stream - preference for Jewellery Design, Commerce, or related fields).

Strong eye for detail, especially in handling precious metals and stones.

Basic understanding of gold purity, hallmarking, and gemstones (training will be provided).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry, etc.).

Integrity and trustworthiness in handling valuable inventory
