a. Collaborating with creative teams to develop innovative ideas and concepts.

b. Conducting research and understanding target audiences to create effective messaging strategies.

2. Copywriting and Content Creation: 40%

b. Developing engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.

c. Writing headlines, taglines, product descriptions, and other promotional materials.

3. Editing and Proofreading: 10%

a. Reviewing and editing copy for accuracy, grammar, style, and tone.

b. Ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across different marketing materials.

4. Client Collaboration and Presentations: 10%

a. Meeting and collaborating with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and feedback.

b. Presenting creative ideas and copy concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.

5. Team Management and Leadership: 10%

a. Mentoring and guiding junior copywriters.

b. Providing feedback and constructive criticism to improve copywriting skills.

c. Assisting in workload distribution and project management.

6. Research and Continuous Learning: 5%

a. Staying updated with industry trends, marketing strategies, and best practices.

b. Conducting research on competitors, target markets, and consumer behaviour.

7. Administrative Tasks and Meetings: 5%

a. Attending team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project briefings.

b. Completing administrative tasks like time tracking, project documentation, and reporting.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
