**About the Role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with **3-4 years of professional experience** who is looking to make a significant impact on our product's user experience and design language.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver high-quality wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces (mobile and desktop).
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on product features.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all platforms and products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging methodologies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools, particularly **Figma**. Experience with other industry-standard or new design/collaboration tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a refined aesthetic sense, excellent visual design skills (typography, color, layout), and attention to detail.
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Ability to clearly articulate design rationale and decisions to internal teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**Nice to Have Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics or micro-interactions.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better communicate with developers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
