**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Being open to new ideas and keeping abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry.
- Reviewing patients' medical history and discussing their symptoms and concerns.
- Utilizing dental instruments and x-ray equipment to determine the cause of patients' oral pain and discomfort.
- Formulating suitable treatment plans based on the diagnosed dental condition.
- Pre treatment medical investigation and pre treatment medications to be assessed case wise.
- Having a sound knowledge of materials and instruments required in dentistry procedures
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies used in dentistry
- Perform routine dental check-ups, examinations, and screenings for patients to assess oral health.
- Diagnose and treat common dental issues, including cavities, gum disease, and tooth sensitivity.
- Develop treatment plans for restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
- Conduct tooth extractions when necessary and manage complications that may arise.
- Provide preventive care and education on oral hygiene practices to patients, including proper brushing, flossing, and diet.
- Administer local anesthesia for pain management during procedures.
- Perform basic cosmetic procedures, such as teeth whitening and minor cosmetic bonding.
- Collaborate with dental specialists, such as orthodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons, for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Stay informed about advancements in dental technology, materials, and treatment techniques.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**

**Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with bachelor’s degree**
