- We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire OTC Collections. In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines in a business environment. This role may require travelling to onshore sites for Knowledge Transfer._

- Responsibilities_
- _Manage the OTC collections portfolio and maintain strong customer relations._
- _Sending reminders and follow up as per client aligned collection strategy._
- _Actively call customers for open invoices, taking ownership of complete portfolio and highlight issue and challenges via agreed escalation matrix._
- _Research any fully open invoices which customers have disputed, facilitate dispute details shared by customer to billing & dispute team to help them resolve the dispute._
- _Extract invoice level details from customer portal and other available sources to capture invoice level details._
- _Analysis customer behavior and trend to manage portfolio well and to seek required support._
- _Perform regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness._
- _Investigate and resolve discrepancies between general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers._
- _Prepare and review reconciliation reports, ensuring they are accurate and timely._
- _Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information for reconciliation and resolve any issues._
- _Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary journal entries and ensuring all reconciliations are completed._
- _Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements._
- _Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to auditor inquiries._
- _Recommend improvements to reconciliation processes and internal controls._
- _Maintain all relevant systems and tables with valid information._
- _Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy, and flexibility._
- _Research any full open invoices which customers have disputed._
- _Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload._
- _Assist in SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) creation and updating._
- _Deliver the required data for audit purposes._
- _Making the accounting process controls established through the internal policies._
- _Ensure Key Metric’s are met, and service is delivered to end users as expected._
- _Daily usage of client’s tools for the assigned activities._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _B. Com Graduate or equivalent experience._
- _Prior relevant work experience._
- _Detail oriented._
- _Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with high credibility at all levels of the organization._
- _Must have strong analytical and decision-making skills._
- _Proficient in using the MS Office package especially with MS Excel (some hands-on Experience), PowerPoint, Outlook_
- _Excellent communication & presentation skills_
- _Relevant OTC domain experience & SAP with Reconciliation_
- Preferred Qualifications_
- _Relevant OTC domain experience & SAP with Reconciliation_
- _Experience with international process transition would be an added advantage._
