We are an FMCG company that is rapidly growing and expanding our market presence. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Executive to join our team and help us drive our sales in the assigned area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a sales plan for the assigned area that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay up-to-date with market trends and competition.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, trends, and results.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Stay updated with the latest product information and features to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
