**Job summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Billing Management**: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms. Review and verify contractor bills, and ensure timely billing and payment cycles.
- **Cost Estimation**: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects. Ensure estimates are aligned with the project budget and scope.
- **Quantity Surveying**: Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and prepare bills of quantities. Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of the work completed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain detailed and accurate records of project progress, variations, and financials, providing insightful reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- **Software Proficiency**: Auto-CAD, MS-Office

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in billing engineering specifically within the real estate or construction industry.
- **Education**: Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a relevant degree in a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proficiency in advanced billing software tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
