**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging UI/UX interfaces for our website.
- Create eye-catching and effective thumbnails for our YouTube videos and other online content.
- Design posters, banners, and other marketing materials for online and offline promotions.
- Develop creative memes and other social media content to engage and entertain our audience.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure all designs align with our brand identity and goals.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in UI/UX design, thumbnails, posters, and meme creation.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, etc.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to think creatively and produce innovative designs.
- Familiarity with EdTech industry trends is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
