**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with a variety of medical conditions.

- Monitor and follow up on patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- MD in General Medicine from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Minimum 2 years of experience post-MD in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
