Birla Open Minds School, Bandlaguda Jagir, is committed to providing holistic and progressive education that nurtures young minds to become confident, responsible, and lifelong learners. We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our Middle and High School team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for Grades 8 to 10 in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students’ creativity, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Design and assess assignments, projects, and exams to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain regular communication with parents regarding academic performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary teaching and participate in school events, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English Literature or related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in middle or high school, preferably in CBSE or ICSE curriculum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring adolescents.
- Proficiency with digital tools and online teaching platforms is an added advantage.
