**1. Data Management & Reporting**
- Maintain and update records related to production, inventory, sales, and distribution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**2. Order Processing & Coordination**
- Process customer and distributor orders in the system.
- Coordinate with production, packaging, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure replenishment as needed.

**3. Vendor & Customer Support**
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding raw material procurement.
- Assist customers and distributors with order status, complaints, and inquiries.
- Ensure smooth handling of returns, refunds, and replacements.

**4. System & Database Management**
- Work with ERP systems like SAP, Tally, or company-specific software.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain records in digital systems.

**5. Compliance & Documentation**
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Handle documentation related to quality control, audits, and regulatory requirements.

**6. Coordination with Other Departments**
- Work closely with production, quality control, finance, and logistics teams.
- Assist in planning production schedules based on demand forecasts.

**Skills Required**:
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (Busy, Tally)
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and manage backend operations efficiently
Knowledge of FMCG industry trends and supply chain operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
