**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces.
- Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and quality across products.
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction patterns that align with best practices.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge user experiences.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, making sure to clearly articulate design decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app designs.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience conducting user research, creating personas, and performing usability testing.
- Strong visual design skills, with an eye for detail in typography, color, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with designing for e-commerce or SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of design systems and creating component libraries.
- Familiarity with animation and micro-interactions in UI design.
- Experience with accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
