**Job Title: Admin Cum Receptionist**
**Gender Preference**: Female only
**Experience Requirement** : Fresher / Experience
**Work Location**: Chennai
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:
- Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases.
- Maintain office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Oversee office supplies, inventory, and office equipment.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial management tasks.
- Perform general data entry, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Complete assigned tasks and meet targets with speed and accuracy according to client guidelines.
- Work effectively within a team to achieve shared goals and support team members when necessary.
**Additional Requirements**:
- **Gender Preference**: Female only
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
