**Job Overview**:
Owleto is seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our sales team. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for contacting leads or potential customers, presenting Owleto's products or services, and closing sales over the phone.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Conducting outbound sales calls to leads or prospective customers
- Understanding customer needs and offering Owleto's products & solutions
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential leads
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Collaborating with the sales team to enhance overall sales performance

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Atleast 1 year of proven experience in telecaling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
- Excellent persuasive and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales systems is a plus
