**Job Title**

Store Manager - Ethnic Women’s Wear (Sales, Billing & Cashier)

**Location**

165 K.G.R Path, North, College More, Kanchrapara, West Bengal 743145

**Salary**

₹15,000-₹16,000 CTC per month

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Customer Service**

Greet, advise, and assist customers professionally, guiding them in ethnic women’s wear selections.

Provide styling suggestions tailored to customer preferences in sarees, suits, and other ethnic categories.

Achieve store and personal sales targets through active engagement and upselling.

Build and maintain strong relationships with returning customers.

Cashier & Billing

Process payments using cash registers and POS systems accurately (cash, cards, digital payments).

Generate bills/invoices, issue receipts, and handle refunds or exchanges as required.

Maintain and reconcile daily cash drawer and prepare transaction reports.

**Store Management**

Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to policies.

Monitor inventory, coordinate stock levels, and manage inward/outward logistics.

Maintain exceptional standards in visual merchandising and cleanliness.

Prepare and submit sales, inventory, and financial reports to management.

Develop business strategies to attract new customers and expand store profitability.

Train and guide supporting staff, if any, ensuring high standards in customer service.

**Experience & Requirements**

**Experience-**Minimum 2-5 years in ethnic women’s wear retail sales & store management

**Skills-** Sales, billing, cash handling, inventory control, visual merchandising, team leadership

**Computer Proficiency-** Familiar with POS systems, MS Office, and digital payment solutions

**Language**:

- Good communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and/or English

**Personal Qualities**:

- Customer-centric, reliable, organized, excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic

Pay: ₹9,957.61 - ₹29,851.63 per month
