Education:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in architecture, drafting, engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years in relevant field
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven experience as a architectural draftsman

Roles and Responsibilities of an Architectural Draftsman:

- Drafting: Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Interpretation: Interpret and translate architectural designs, sketches, and specifications provided by architects and engineers into technical drawings and plans.
- Compliance: Ensure that all architectural drawings and plans adhere to relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to incorporate design changes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the feasibility and functionality of architectural designs.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation to facilitate communication and coordination among project team members.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews and checks of architectural drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and rectifying errors or inconsistencies as needed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project team members to convey design intent, clarify requirements, and address any concerns or issues related to architectural drawings and plans.
- Time Management: Manage workload efficiently to meet project deadlines and milestones, prioritizing tasks effectively and adapting to changes in project scope or requirements.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on advancements in CAD software, building technologies, and industry best practices to enhance skills and knowledge in architectural drafting.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges and design issues encountered during the drafting process, proposing creative and practical solutions to achieve project objectives.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
