**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing new Homes and commercial spaces or alterations to existing interior spaces.
- Using software such as 3ds Max, NavisWorks, Sketchup, Revit, and CAD for design purposes
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and negotiate design changes.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Overseeing complete interior & exterior projects to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Incorporating sustainable design principles into projects
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams
- Knowledge of Joinery techniques for detailed interior design work
- Overall interior & exterior projects working bringing the clients vision into reality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Excellent design and drawing skills
- In-depth knowledge of interior designs, styles and standards.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
