Purchase Officer

**Responsibilities**:
**Procurement Strategy Development**:Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on the purchase of electronic components and materials for IoT circuit development.

**Vendor Management**: Identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with suppliers. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials while optimizing costs.

**Purchase Order Management**: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Monitor and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery.

**Inventory Management**:Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels of electronic components and materials. Conduct regular stock assessments, identify surplus or obsolete inventory, and implement measures for efficient inventory management.

**Price Negotiation**:Conduct price analysis and negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions. Continuously evaluate market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

**Quality Assurance**: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that purchased materials meet the required specifications and quality standards. Address any quality issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance. Generate reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards. Assess and mitigate procurement-related risks, such as supply chain disruptions or quality issues.

**Continuous Improvement**:Identify areas for process improvement within the procurement function and implement best practices to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical
- Proven experience working as a Purchase Officer or in a similar procurement role within the electronics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic components and materials used in IoT circuit development.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
