Windows:
Install, configure, tune, maintain, and monitor Windows 2012/2016/2019 Enterprise server
Troubleshoot Wintel systems with remote technology such as iDRAC and RDP
Knowledge on File servers/DFS
Provide Windows server administration within an Active Directory environment
Experience on Mcafee Anti-virus
Use monitoring tools (such as SolarWinds) to oversee multiple Wintel systems operating within a defined support operations area
Coordinate hardware and software installations, as well as upgrades
Coordinate and monitor troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, and configuration of Wintel (Windows / VMware) system files and services

VMWARE:
Support existing virtual infrastructure, be escalation point for L1/L2 team.
Design, implement and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure
Upgrade and migrate existing Vmware infra to latest
validate the risk and perform a POA on advisory issued by VMware
Installation and configuration of virtual machines.
Troubleshooting virtual machine issues.
Configurations of Virtual switches and network connections.
Configuring Hardware-Initiated ISCSI Storage and Software-Initiated ISCSI Storage.
Configuring and managing HA Settings and Customizing HA for Virtual Machines.
Creating Clusters for High Availability (HA) and Distributive Resource Scheduling (DRS).
Migrating Virtual Machines by using V Motion, Performing Snapshots, Cloning, Cold Migrations and Hot Migrations.
Migrate VMs across hosts within a HA cluster to perform maintenance tasks on ESXi hosts.
Migrations of VM from VMware-Hyoer-V and VMware to Cloud (Vice-Versa)
Create clones from existing VMs (both live and powered-off)
Coordinate with venders like Cisco, Vmware and nutanix in case of any issue and hardware fault.
Perform the capacity planing and optimization the enviroment using vROPS.
Experience in Hardware servers like Nutanix, Cisco UCS platform is must.
Maintain strong service perspective and provide exceptional service to all infrastructure customers.
Manage work queues for incidents, problems, changes, tasks and requests and ensure workload is effectively managed.

Azure:
Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.

Install, configure, administrate, manage, and support Azure compute instances, Azure Backup, Azure Storage Monitor, snapshot, Azure Storage.

Managing cloud infrastructure in a production environment to ensure high availability and reliability.

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure with design and deployment of cloud infrastructure

Knowledge and understanding of core Microsoft technologies and services including:
Azure Cloud Services
- Monitoring cloud-based solution cost
- Single Sign On (SSO)
- Azure AD
- Azure back-up and restore
- Azure Site Recovery
- Deploy and manage Azure resources

Azure Storage
- Securing data against unauthorized access
- Backing up data and making it efficient to restore when needed
- Configuring long-term archival storage to maintain corporate compliance

B.E. / B. Tech / M.E. / M. Tech / M.C.A. or equivalent degree
