**Job Overview**:
Arrotop is looking for an enthusiastic **Digital Marketing Fresher** to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to the success of a dynamic company in the industrial manufacturing space. You will assist in executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and creating engaging content.
- Help develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and traffic.
- Assist in analyzing digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Collaborate with the design team to create content, graphics, and videos for online platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and suggest new ideas to enhance the company’s digital presence.
- Help maintain and update the company’s website, ensuring all content is optimized and up-to-date.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles (SEO, social media, content marketing, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Proficient in managing LinkedIn profiles, optimizing content for engagement, and leveraging LinkedIn's tools for networking, brand building, and lead generation.
