Technical Skills
- Extensive, full-stack experience with web-based technologies, architectures or frameworks such as Java, Spring,, JavaScript/ES6, React, Angular, Node, RESTful APIs, Microservices
- Technical knowledge on one or more major CSP platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Database skills - understand the use cases for relational and non-relational data, such as implemented code against several different database platforms: RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL(MongoDB), and shared storage.
- Familiar with a variety of architectural/design patterns and practices
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficient understanding of agile processes, CI/CD, and code versioning tools, such as Git

Non-technical skills
- Ability to learn new technologies
- Strong analytical / problem-solving skills for complex scenarios
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology will be an added advantage
- Excellent Team player
