**Job Title: Fashion Communication Intern**

ORAYA is a luxury ready-to-wear brand that focuses on narrating unique stories of poetic romances in everyday life. We use clothing to empower people wearing them. We're on a mission to find a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team who would like to narrate similar stories.

**Job Description**:
As a **Fashion Communication Intern** at ORAYA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. You will play a crucial role in crafting and executing compelling content that narrates stories of our wearers and builds a strong online community around our creed.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our company's objectives and target audience.

2. Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and graphics.

3. Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a loyal online community.

4. Content Calendar: Maintain a well-organized content calendar to ensure consistent posting and promotion of company updates, products, and campaigns.

6. Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency and voice across all social media channels.

7. Collaboration: Align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.

8. Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

9. Social Media Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

- Portfolio of work creating content with an authentic voice.
- Proficiency with popular social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Understanding of social media advertising and paid promotion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fun personality is key.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
