**Qualification**
- Basic degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years retail sales experience preferred

.Understanding of the retail sales process
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Drives sales through engagement of clients, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Basic math skills
- Energy Level
- Willingness to relocate & travel extensively
- Commitment to serve minimum 3 years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kannur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
