**Job description**

Sr. No. Job Description Responsibility Frequency

1) Foreign Payment WHT Compliance - a) Monitor all the foreign payments and ensure WHT compliance for Thermax and Group companies. b) Guide divisional finance teams and TFS about correct WHT rate and documentation. c) Obtain 15CB and ensure filing of 15CA. d) Review of proposed agreement from foreign WHT angle and guide the business team about WHT compliance. e) Reply to queries raised by Thermax Business divisions and subsidiaries about foreign WHT Tax, rate and its compliance. Direct Regular

2) Transfer Pricing Audit & compliance
- a) Finalise the associated enterprises for International Transfer Pricing. b) Review all the transactions with associated enterprises. c) Review the documents, back up files, co-ordinate with divisions and ensure submission of details to TP auditor d) Ensure timely completion of Transfer pricing Audit and file 3CEB before due date. e) Obtain TP Study Report. f) Co-ordinate and ensure Submission of data for preparation of local & Master File and ensure compliance of the same. g) Ensure compilation of data for CbCR and submission of the same on portal Guide, Review and Monitoring Annually

3) TDS on dividend - a) Obtain the dividend file from the secretarial dept. b) Work in close co-ordination with secretarial dept for issuane of notice of dividend. C) obtain documents for TDS compliance. d) Compute the TDS liability on dividend. e) Ensure filing of 15CA and obtain 15CB for TDS on dividend. f) Ensure timely payment of TDS on dividend and filing return. g) Ensure issuance of Form 16A for TDS on dividend. Guide, Review and Monitoring Annually

4) Assessment, Appeal and provisions
- a) Assist in compilation of data and preparation of replies for Income tax, TP assessment/reassessments. b) Assist in Preparation and Filing of appeals with CIT(a)/ITAT /HC. c) Prepare submissions for appeals, notices, enquiry, survey etc. d) Follow up with Income tax department for refunds, assessments, appeal effect etc. e) Assist in preparation of data for Income tax assessment of Thermax and group companies f) Attend the notices related to Dometic and Foreign TDS matters. g) Assist in prepraration of data for Tax Audit, Quarterly provision computations, advance tax etc. Guide, Review and Monitoring Regular

5) Other - a) Provide time to time guidance to divisional finance Team and subsidiaries on International Tax issues and Employee taxation related matters. b) Analyse PE and POEM issues. c) Assist in restructuring matters d) Monitor TDS defaults and ensure correction of the same for all group companies Guide, Review and Monitoring Regular
