**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers visiting the showroom, understand their requirements, and provide expert advice on electric two-wheelers available in our inventory.
- Actively promote the benefits of electric vehicles, highlighting their eco-friendliness, cost-effectiveness, and performance advantages.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to showcase the features and capabilities of different EV models.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the showroom.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EV technology, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer queries and objections.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Passion for sustainable transportation and a keen interest in electric vehicles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per showroom requirements.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Lucknow and surrounding areas, with a good understanding of local customer preferences and market dynamics.
