CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND ACCOUNTS PAYABLE.

Salary
- 20-25k

Minimum 2 yrs of experience

1. Daily downloading Sales register from Udyog for update sales in distributors sheet / Bank receipts update in distributors sheet to preparing Credit Updates.

2. Update Bank Received payment in receipt file also update retail Product file.

3. Distributors wise & Statewise Monthly Sales file

4. Pass Bank entries & distributors wise entries in system

5. Preparing Travelling expenses data in excel format & checking km of each sales person with techno purple record as well as checking other than km expenses like DA & Hotel Star charges send for checking. & Pass travelling expenses entries in system.

6. Preparing statement of Retail Payment received details from Bank

7. Bank Reconciliation.

8. Prepare the MIS for Interest, Salary & expenses.( Quarterly, Monthly & Yearly)

9. Co-ordination with statutory Auditors for Quarterly & Half Yearly Financial Statements.

10. Preparing travel reports by verifying credit cards & vouchers.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable and payable: 2 years (preferred)
- COMPANY TURNOVER SHOULD BE MORE THAN 100CR.: 2 years (preferred)
