**Placement Officer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage placement drives, career counseling sessions, and recruitment events.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential employers and recruitment agencies.
- Assist students in preparing resumes, cover letters, and interview skills.
- Organize career fairs, workshops, and other networking events.
- Track placement statistics and maintain accurate records of student placements.
- Provide support to students in securing internships and full-time employment.
- Collaborate with faculty, students, and recruiters to ensure smooth placement processes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in placement or career services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with students, educational institutions, and employers.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
