- Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to secure the best possible deals while maintaining quality standards.
- generating purchase orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Conducting quality checks on received goods to ensure specifications and standards.
- Addressing any quality issues promptly with vendors to implement corrective actions.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchase transactions, invoices, and contracts.
- Generating reports and providing insights to management regarding procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost analysis.
