**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Design brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and other print materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop on-brand design concepts.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
- Illustrate concepts by designing layouts, selecting colors, images, fonts, and other design elements.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw video footage into polished, compelling content for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and internal communication.
- Add effects, transitions, sound, and music to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard, script, and execute video projects.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects as needed.
- Optimize video content for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
- **Brand Development**:

- Maintain the company’s visual identity across all materials.
- Assist in the development of new branding assets, including logos, icons, and templates.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive visuals and videos.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company stays competitive.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
- Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a graphic designer and video editor (2-4 years preferred).
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is required.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design composition.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of 3D design software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
- Experience with web design or basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation for digital marketing.
- Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
